Easy returns.

You have 14 days from delivery to return any piece for a full refund. Return shipping is free within Germany and Austria.

To qualify, the piece must come back in the same condition you received it, with the original documentation, the dust bag, and any other accessories that shipped with it.

1. Email contact@vaultiqe.com with your order number. A short note on why helps us buy better next time, but we don't need one.
2. We'll send you a prepaid label and packaging instructions within one business day.
3. Drop the parcel at your nearest carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
4. Once the piece arrives and passes a condition re-check, we issue your refund within 3 business days, back to your original payment method.

We don't do direct exchanges. Every piece is one of one, so there's no identical one to swap it for. If you'd like to part with a piece you bought from us, email contact@vaultiqe.com with your authentication ID and we'll let you know what we can do.
